It's time to descale

It's time to descale my Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Series. This task always seems daunting but this process couldn't be easier. As you can tell, it's definitely necessary. You'll know it's time to descale when your descale light comes on. Now, my machine did come with one use of the descaling powder, but I'm going to go ahead and use this brand. Now, I just followed the instructions and mixed the powder with 16 ounces of water and then continued to fill up the water tank with water. When descaling, you're going to want to use a cup that's at least 16 ounces or larger. Now, don't be intimidated. This process takes 90 minutes. But all you have to do is prep it and push start and then let it go. You can see this is what it looks like when it's all done. That water is absolutely disgusting. And that's also stuff that's been sitting inside of my machine. Ew. Once the descaling process is done, you're still going to want to rinse it out. So clean out your water tank, add fresh water and then run a cycle through that at least 12 ounces. Empty your drip tray, do all of the deep cleaning now. You're going to think yourself, then the next time you make coffee. And don't forget to purge your steam wand as well. And just like that, you have descaled your Ninja Luxe Cafe.
