Unintelligent people are investing in the S&P 500 bro. It's what I would say if I literally had half a brain. Investing in the S&P 500 is something that I generally think almost everybody on this earth should do if they have the means to do it, bro. This is not financial advice, but it's been one of the most consistent ways to build wealth for the past, I don't even know how many years, bro. S&P 500 tracks the top 500 large cap US companies. This includes companies you literally probably shop at every day, bro. I'm talking Amazon, Walmart, all included in the S&P 500 and so many more companies are included as well. It has an average rate of return of about 10% a year over the last 10 years. Mind you, that is an average. Some years where it goes down, but overall over time, it's one of the best ways to build wealth long term. You're in your 20s, a lot of people like to invest in individual stocks, but this is very difficult to do. The S&P 500 should really be your bread and butter. This is gonna give you a lot of solidification for the long term. ETFs like Spy and VOO both track the S&P 500. I am a very big holder of VOO. It is my number one holding in my stock portfolio. If you're a beginner looking into getting into the stock market, VOO might be one of the best ways that you can have a great base for your stock portfolio long term. Make sure you share this with a friend that's trying to get to the money and follow me for more.
