If you guys have ever seen Kpop Overland Park's TikTok dance videos, there's a good chance you've seen me. But what you guys didn't see behind those videos was my experience working there. Multiple occasions of homophobic comments and slurs being thrown around by my coworkers. The way that management kind of handled it just stuck with me. Those of you who don't know, Ethereal is my dance team. Kpot dance team based in Kansas City. And we did a lot of content creation for Kpot. So we heard it was Mother's Day tomorrow. We brought a lot of positive energy to Kpot. Social. Fired. Allegedly closing night. Management's decision. Fine. Throughout. Pot. Supported workers. Head. Time. Ethereals. Videos. Get. From. Up. Got. It's. Pause. Side note, the person that was making the homophobic remarks didn't get fired literally something like having their phone out. Interesting is re-hired and they still work at Kpot. Anyone guys all as community. Difficult understand how someone comments directly people continue represent company. Was closing alleged "Performance and professionalism" issues. Felt visibility to appreciated benefiting same there concerns isn't job accountability. My 0 people understand situation frustrating. Forward. No videos anymore. Everyone supported us. Videos like decision part. Part two might be soon.
