You can also add ground beef to turn it into a meal. 🌽🧀 Backyard Elote Nachos Serves 8–10 ✨ 1 bag Tostitos® Mexican Street Corn Flavored Tortilla Chips ✨ 16 oz frozen sweet corn ✨ Freshly grated Parmesan cheese ✨ Crema ✨ Salsa Valentina ✨ Juice of 1 lime ✨ 1 avocado, diced ✨ Sliced jalapeños Cheese Sauce ✨ 10 oz smoked Gouda, cubed ✨ 10 oz Monterey Jack, cubed ✨ 8 oz cream cheese ✨ ½ cup evaporated milk ✨ 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles ✨ 1 tsp garlic powder ✨ 1 tsp onion powder ✨ ½ tsp smoked paprika ✨ Instructions Add all of the cheese sauce ingredients to a grill-safe pan.
