The easiest chicken Yakisoba recipe that I like making for my family for dinner. These Yakisoba noodles take about 30 minutes to make! Chicken yakisoba recipe Ingredients For the chicken * 1 lbs chicken breast, thinly sliced * 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce * Salt and black pepper, to taste For the vegetables * ½ medium onion, thinly sliced * 1 medium carrot, julienned * ¼ head green cabbage, thinly shredded * 4 garlic cloves, minced * 1½ cups bean sprouts * 3 green onions, sliced * ½ tbsp avocado oil, or any neutral oil For the yakisoba sauce * ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce * 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce * 2 tbsp oyster sauce * 2 tsp sesame oil * 1½ tbsp brown sugar * ½ tsp black pepper * 2 lbs refrigerated yakisoba noodles Instructions 1. Whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and black pepper until combined. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and the refrigerated yakisoba noodles with a splash of water. Toss for 2–3 minutes until the noodles separate and are heated through. Remove from the skillet and set aside. 3. Season the chicken with the soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet. 4. Add the avocado oil to the same skillet. Add the onion and carrot, season with a pinch of salt, and cook for 3 minutes. 5. Add the shredded cabbage and cook for another 3–5 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp. 6. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. 7. Return the chicken to the skillet. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles and bean sprouts. 8. Pour the yakisoba sauce over everything and toss for 2–3 minutes until the noodles are evenly coated and everything is hot. 9. Top with sliced green onions and serve immediately. ##yakisoba##yakisobanoodles ##noodles##takeout##easydinners
