The Five Star Weekend on Peacock LOVED THIS SHOW SO MUCH! I was very unsure about it before starting it, but trust me when I say it is the perfect summer show about love, loss and friendship. The main character loses her husband and plans a 5 star weekend at her beach home for her and 4 friends from different eras in her life. Each woman brings her own complexities as they try to help each other heal and grow. It’s so funny and cozy and set in the most beautiful setting. It exceeded my expectations and I really really recommend it. Elle on Prime Video I actually started a rewatch of this show because I enjoyed it so much. From the world of Legally Blonde, this show follows Elle Woods in high school where she is uprooted from her life in LA and forced to survive in Seattle. It’s kind of the perfect high school drama. I love seeing Elle Woods at this stage in life. The actor does an amazing job at bringing her to life. Only recommendation is to not think of this as an exact prequel to the movie and you will enjoy it! The Hawk on Netflix Okay this show I was very unsure of, BUT I really loved it. Will Ferrell is hilarious as a washed up golfer trying to reclaim his legacy as his son begins to blow up in his own right as a golfer. Of course you get sucked in wanting to see The Hawk win (and grow as a person) and I binged this show in 2 days. Also, Molly Shannon is HILARIOUS as well. Ride or Die on Prime Video So excited about this show! Best friends Debbie and Judith thought they knew everything about each other, except Judith turned out to be an international assassin. After a hit goes wrong, they go on the run while being targeted by a mysterious enemy, forcing them to confront the secrets between them. This show is so exciting and funny and I loveee the friendship between the two characters. Americas Sweethearts on Netflix I love this show and these girls! I missed this in my June post so here’s your reminder, if you haven’t yet, to add this to your watch list! Such a fun and exciting watch Other Summer favorites so far in case you missed them… The Burroughs on Netflix Widows Bay on Apple TV Four Seasons on Netflix
