Transcript

If I wanted my legs to look lean, sculpted and feminine, here's what I do. Heels elevated goblet squats for quad definition. Builds that quad sweep, line down the side of your leg. Alternating lateral lunges hits the inner thighs and glutes. Cyclist squats. These light up your quads. Great for building that teardrop above your knee. Last is slider lateral lunges. Don't underestimate these. They're targeting your inner thighs and glutes while also challenging your stability.
