POV: learning a new hobby as an adult... you guys, please be nice how to make sourdough this is my first ever sourdough loaf it's giving... flat but there's still hope... is actually the crumb and that's like the inside once you cut it I'm gonna let you guys see it first and just be honest, you guys I did let her cool for an hour how's she looking? how's the crumb? I actually don't really know what the crumb means crispy top ✅ soft, airy inside ✅ all my bakers please rate my first sourdough loaf it's not giving full volume and I'm not really sure what that is but just ignore it now for the most important part... you guys, I've... my first piece of homemade sourdough taste test! okay, the bottom is a bit hard it's burnt 💀 we're just gonna take that off this is so soft at least the inside is better 😂 and you guys the good news is I'm taking care of starter which means this is only the start of our journey hopefully the next loaf please, I beg 🙏 will be a lot better than this
