I made $3199.70 in my first month of doing Tech UGC at the start. I gave myself one month to see if Tech UGC could make me more money than my job. I made more, so now I do Tech UGC full time and I'm going to break down where all that money came from. Traditional UGC: My first deal was a traditional UGC deal. Two 30 second videos for a soda brand which paid $475.88. Hundred and seventy five dollars and eighty eight cents. Retainer app 1: My first ongoing Tech UGC deal. I made 21 videos for $438 and I still work with them today. One off app: $106.44 for a one off deal for Tech UGC. So I basically delivered raw unedited video footage. Retainer App 2: Another retainer where I posted 30 times across the month and that has a $777 base rate pay. Unfortunately I haven't hit any of the view bonuses for this one. One off app: I also pitched a founder who has never tried Tech UGC before and a 12 video partnership which was worth $200. Then I made $120.66 from a smaller 20 video campaign but this campaign ended after their first month and now the highest paying deal. They were 13 seconds each, no talking and just b roll for six videos and Spark ads for the brand that came out to be $1081. Sum total: $31999.70. All together that came to three thousand one hundred and ninety nine dollars and seventy cents in Australian dollars. One thing that Tech UGC taught me very quickly was continuous clients matter way more than just one off deals. Right now I have three ongoing clients, which means my guaranteed base rate is sitting at $2,207. My goal this month is for me to lock in because I want to try and make $10,000.
