I waited an hour and a half for these crabs right here from the Southeast Asian market and now we're going to try them together. Now I saw these crabs on Instagram and this video and I absolutely have dreamt about them for a week. However, when I did not know was going to take so goddamn long. He was literally chopping them alive and then cooking them up all in one thing. So each order probably took about 20 minutes and it only came with like four to five like actual crabs. So it took a long ass time and I'm irritated and I want to eat them. I'm going to start with this little small boy. I don't even know what flavor these are. I'm gonna dip it in. Okay, let's see. Dare I say that that was worth it? Dare I say that that was worth it? They're not like spicy, they're just like very much so salty, kind of like chili oil but not really, and they're not like overly buttery, they're very fresh. I fear I might have to go back and get these again. I'm very mad about it because it took two hours of my time.
