Because she was extremely sensitive, I knew continuing in my salon suite wasn’t fair to her or to the other businesses around me. Sometimes being a professional means knowing when it’s time to adjust the plan instead of pushing through. I spoke with the family and offered to come to their home to complete the de-matting service at no additional charge outside of the original service cost.
