This is my THIRD kid client who’s come to me from the same woman who’s put relaxer in their hair and fried it. When will this stop! You can’t call yourself a curl specialist and curly hair educator and rely on relaxer and chemicals to be able to do a curly clients hair. This is a MUCH bigger conversation and I’m going to be sharing much more about this appointment to hopefully help clients see red flags and help hairstylists understand that you don’t need a relaxer to elongate and define curls and coils.
