Australian Bottle Tree

Why it worked

The video provides a satisfying visual of a plant repotting process, which appeals to plant enthusiasts. The "satisfying" nature of the task, combined with the aesthetic of the plant and the home decor, likely contributed to its shareability.

Summary

The creator repots a new Australian Bottle Tree into a larger pot, adding soil and moss. They then clean up the area and place the repotted tree in its new spot, before watering it and interacting with their dog.

Structure

1Prepare the new pot with soil and drainage
2Remove the plant from its old pot
3Place the plant in the new pot and add more soil
4Add moss to the top layer of soil
5Clean up the workspace

Product placement

Rewild: ACTS - The creator is repotting a plant that came from Rewild, and thanks the Rewild team for the plant and pot. Removing Rewild would change who provided the plant and pot. Australian Bottle Tree: ACTS - This is the specific plant being repotted and discussed. Removing it would change the subject of the video.
