From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance is warm, inviting, and effortlessly stylish. Even better? The hospitality. The host greeted us by learning our names before we were seated, and our server continued using them throughout the evening. It’s a small detail that made a big impression. 🍅 Smoky Heirloom Cocktail I’m always up for trying something different, and this cocktail absolutely delivered. Made with mezcal and clarified tomato juice, it’s crystal clear but packed with flavor. Imagine if a margarita and a Bloody Mary had the perfect smoky, refreshing cocktail, it was unique, balanced, and unforgettable. 🧀 Chef’s Charcuterie Board A beautifully curated selection of artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, house preserves, fresh honeycomb, and crispy Spanish breadsticks. Every bite paired perfectly, making this the ideal way to start the meal. 🍄 Scallop & Mushroom Risotto This was the star of the night. Perfectly pan-seared scallops sat on a creamy mushroom risotto with forest mushrooms, white truffle essence, ricotta, and Parmesan. The scallops were incredibly tender, and every element of the dish worked together beautifully. An absolute must-order. 🥩 Wagyu Meatloaf Comfort food taken to another level. Rich Wagyu meatloaf finished with a smoked tomato-brown butter glaze and served over creamy mascarpone polenta with glazed carrots and crispy onions.
