This baby is their beef rib, absolutely massive, incredibly tender and seasoned to the max. No other words needed. We couldn't just stop there. We tried the three meat platter with brisket, pulled pork and sausage. The brisket was the show here, super tender and prepared just right. The pulled pork was an absolutely fantastic addition.
