Almost a year later of the most viewed video on my page Thank you DREAM GARDEN Part 4 I had a little bit of a soccer show this week but here we are, welcome to part 4. Just a quick recap, I taught myself how to build. I had no idea what I was doing but I did it anyway. I primed and I painted the wall and the garden beds. And now it's time to build the pergola. I put four pieces of wood together to get the structure and the size of the pergola. I struggled with the digging because I didn't have the right tool. The ground was full of rocks and that didn't help at all. Now this is where the real chaos started. It all made sense in my head. I could actually put both posts up at the same time. What I did was play chess against myself and I was losing really bad. 30 minutes later ... Took me a while to come to my senses but I finally did. I secured one post at a time and I made sure they were straight. I mixed and poured in the concrete mix and I left it to dry. Next up is a slab. I made sure that I reinforced the floor first. I started pouring the concrete mix and for some reason I was too tired to pour everything in one single day. I slopped the edge and made some cuts to make sure that the two posts merge properly. Whether it's legal or illegal, it worked. I got some help pouring 14 wheelbarrows later here. I leveled the slab, cleaned the splatters off the wall and finished off with the trowel. I will leave this to cure for the next week. See you in the next one. Bye for now.
