I genuinely believe most men aren't dirty, they've just never been taught what good hygiene actually looks like. So here 5 hygiene mistakes I see way too many guys making. Is not double shampooing. Most guys only shampoo, but that first wash is mainly removing oil, sweat and product buildup. The second wash is what actually cleans your scalp, which can lead to healthier hair. Not trimming you don't have to shave it completely, but keeping it trimmed can help reduce odor is able to reach your skin more effectively. Not flossing every single day. Plaque and food get trapped between where your toothbrush can't reach, healthier gums and fresher breath. Flossing should be part of your daily routine. Not wearing sunscreen just because you can't see, doesn't mean UV rays disappear. And lastly, not maintaining your nails. One of those small details people notice more than you think. Keep them clean, and don't forget to clean underneath them regularly.
