What would you put in your Lahmajun taco? . meat mixture: 1/2 onion 3 garlic cloves 1 cup parsley 1 can whole peeled tomatoes 2 Tb pepper paste 1 Tb olive oil 1 tsp Aleppo pepper 1/2 tsp cumin 2 tsp salt 1lb ground beef . Flour tortillas . Place meat mixture in to food processor and pulse until combined. Add a few tablespoons of mixture to flour tortilla and spread out evenly. Press tortilla o to medium hot pan meat side down for 1-2 min. Flip and cook until tortilla crisps up. Add toppings and enjoy. . #chefarazada #lahmajun #lahmajuntaco #smashtacos
