📍Four Hens Creole Kitchen has been on my Orlando food list for a while, so we finally checked it out! We tried the Not Your Mama’s Gumbo, shrimp, crawfish & sausage grits, wings, seasoned fries, and a few of their signature sauces. The owner was so welcoming and shared the story behind the menu, plus gave us some great drink recommendations from the bar inside City Food Hall. If you’re looking for Creole food in Orlando, this is definitely a spot worth trying. Have you been to Four Hens yet?

Authentic creole cuisine in Orlando?! TRY OUT FOUR HENS CREOLE KITCHEN Finally got a chance to try out four hens creole kitchen y'all and that food so damn good. Four Hens has been taking Orlando by storm since they got here. And they are in a city FOOD HALL. If you don't know, if you don't really get outside like me and used to be the yard until it got shut Once they reopen, they turned it into like a food hall. So there's like a lot more restaurants inside but we specifically went for FOUR HENS. So one of the owners of the place was actually there, and we got to talk to her. She had a very good vibe. She was holding that kitchen down. She said that while her and her wife are not from New Orleans, her wife's grandmother used to make a lot of creole dishes, which is what she got the inspiration from. And I think they're doing pretty good. She said they have two other locations in other states. And also inside of City FOOD HALL, they have a bar. And we had a really good bartender who was from the Bahamas. I cannot remember his. Hey, I'm so mad. actually recommended this drink to me. So I got it at the bar, of course. But if you go here, let me tell you what to get. Get the not your mama's gumbo, but make sure you get it with the ramen style. I didn't get the CATFISH Got the catfish and cheese grits, the grits was so creamy. And my friend got the try chicken back. Make sure y'all try all they sittin' in your sauces.
