You're eating rotting food. That's not the way we call it because it sounds disgusting. What is it? Instead of taking supplements or B, be the other D, whatever. All these wonderful things here. I've got some kimchi, the gut. I've heard kombucha. I've got some yogurt thing here. Sauerkraut. And I've got some kefir. I just have all this stuff which is great for my gut microbiome. Go outside and spend the morning in the sunshine, getting up, improving levels, to help and my vitamin D. Sunshine is going to help my vitamin D. Voila. I think you could actually do that if there's with you. I think that's the better path, frankly. Fermented food means you're eating rotting food. That's not we call it because it sounds one of the reasons why these are effective bacteria in here. And secreting things like B vitamins and reuteri, making a bacterial mixture growing in. Viruses in there. There are many microbiomes. Microbes. Cultures. Kimchi is used all the time and the Koreans leave the kimchi pot on their stove and they boil it, but they leave that stuff on the stove for weeks and months. What is it? You're eating basically a food that has 50 in it. Great. Why don't you give vitamin D? Because I have no idea the time frame will be for this success. It means I don't importance. This made like the Japanese, an outdoor life, towns, fully, fully rural. They live longer and have much less disease. My question is why don't you prescribe to your patients outside these fermented foods? I do. If you don't want to supplements, I would support all the way the approach to all of our diseases is to be outside much more and to include these fermented foods.
