Unpopular opinion: Manteca's growth isn't the problem. I know a lot of people complain about how much Manteca has changed. But honestly, I I think the city deserves a lot more credit. My opinion. Yes, we've grown fast. Yes, traffic is heavier. Uh there are more homes and the city looks different than it did 10 or 20 years ago. But I also see new businesses, more restaurants, more shopping, better amenities, and investment happening across different parts of town. And that matters. The city is not perfect, and growth always comes with challenges, most certainly. But I don't think the answer is to act like like everything new is bad. People are moving here. It's very apparent because Manteca has something to offer. And and from what I can see, the city is making a real effort to grow in a way that gives residents more options and a better quality of life. So here's my controversial take. Manteca isn't being ruined. It's becoming something bigger. Agree or disagree? Let me know in the comments.
