This is why I chose to live in a high rise in little Italy as opposed to Pacific Beach living in San Diego at 23. So I paid about 4k a month to live in the unit that I live in here in Little Italy and I actually did weigh the options of like living by the beach, living in PB etc. Obviously speaking, it's kind of like known here in San Diego that if you're young, like a lot of people live in PB and kind of have that super fun life there. The literal only reason that I chose downtown in Little Italy specifically is because I wanted to be around more like minded people. I run a business full-time at 23. We have a marketing agency, we help business owners grow on YouTube and I sit simply just wanted to be around other people building cool businesses and I kind of did some research and just found that the area I was going to had the most of that. I had of anything else I could look at. And that's literally the only reason I love BB. I just spent a lot of time there and it's all the time working coffee shop. It's a great area, but I think it's something where if you're finding a place to live, you just have to find the optimal area of to what you are looking for. For me it was like connections and being around other people building cool businesses and I found the best area I think for that.
