Why nobody told me that there's a Chipotle for spring rolls in LA. Here's the menu if you want to screenshot. But you pretty much start out by choosing a protein. I went with the beef and the chicken. And don't forget the crispies. And then I threw on some rice, some lettuce, carrots, cucumber. And I would suggest getting the house mix, which is a combination of all of their spices in one. They literally assemble the spring roll right in front of you and it takes less than 10 minutes to get through the line. I got a side of vinaigrette and peanut sauce. But if you're in the Pasadena area, you need to check out Paper Rice. You will not regret it.
