Welcome back to cleaning this house. Now, viewer discretion. Old animal hoarding situation, so you will see remnants of that through the video. Times with situations like this, people wonder, how? And of course, that happens overnight. And every situation is a bit different. Especially in heavy situations, it's important to have a little bit of fun along the way, okay? With this situation in particular, even though they had nine dogs and several cats, it didn't always look like this. And here's Taylor running into a flat tire. Valid reaction, honestly. There was a grandma and grandson that lived here, and the grandma ended up having a medical emergency. Wasn't in the house for a few months. And since she's been gone, things have really accumulated. The original plan was to tear the carpet up in here. But as we realize how soft the subflooring really is underneath. Just for everybody to be safe, we really ended up not doing too much more. But the good news is that flooring is going to be replaced. And there's another room you're gonna see that was in better condition and overall just more suitable. And there was Kendra, looking all strong. As we uncovered this bedroom, there was a litter box in here, but it was one got the animal traffic. The floors were sturdy, the carpet was in pretty good condition, so overall, it made for a pretty good bedroom, so. And the homeowner's daughter was actually quite a bit today. Here in a second, we took a lunch break and she actually ended up finishing it. It was really nice. You know, Kendra had to come back in with the vacuum line. It's okay. And legend has it that your vacuum lines will be 10 times crispier if you only have one shoe cover. And hey, it seemed to work for Kendra. And here we find for the day. Me some dentures. Okay, okay, okay. Back to work. Especially in cleans like this, it's really important to do a multiple step. So here I am going in a couple times with warm water and dish soap, getting up all the visible debris. And then once I have all the visible dirt and stuff up, then I go back with the disinfectant. In this case, it was a foaming bleach spray. Now, is this the bathroom? Maybe. Don't tell anybody, I might have spread that. I spread that and let it sit, staying wet for a good 10-15 minutes before I come back and wipe everything. And then I'm just working my kitchen in four-foot sections, repeating that same process. I've never seen this many fly traps in a single room like this before. But hey, they did the job. I know somebody's okay. But I did make the cleaner mistake of spraying all those chemicals right above that food. So before we left, we had to clean those out. You know, we had to leave them with fresh food and water. Okay. And my heart really broke for these animals, but it was really nice to see things moving in the right direction and knowing that things are going to be a lot better moving forward. And this just serves as a reminder that not every situation is an easy one to face, but everyone does deserve compassion. Also, that not every before and after is the most satisfying. Okay. Now, the perfectionist in me really was bothered to leave some of these rooms like this. But I had to keep reminding myself that this flooring is gonna get replaced. These things are gonna be taken. But just a little sneak peek, I don't know if you can really tell here, but this is how soft this flooring was in here. So I'm definitely glad she's able to stay in the other room. And throughout the day, we were able to uncover some really beautiful stuff. They. It always makes recipients feel home and see and know that their stuff was handled with care and not just everything was thrown away. So if you're the recipient watching this, this ain't all state, but you were in good hands. And thank you for trusting us and thank you guys for watching. See you next time. Love you. Bye.
