OFF YOUR ACTIVE STATUS You want to turn off your active status so that you can be incognito whenever you are on TikTok. I'm gonna show you exactly how to do that. First, if you're serious about growing your TikTok channel, make sure you hit that follow button and make sure you share this video out with a friend and engage with this video so that more people can see it and you can signal to TikTok that you are active on this platform. What you want. So how do you turn this off? Super simple. You're gonna go into TikTok and then you're going to go down to the inbox in the bottom right hand corner, just like you're gonna check your TikTok messages. Once you're in, you're going to go to the very top and you are going to see inbox again. There should be a little V, a little dropdown menu with a blue dot or a grey dot. Click on that. If you have a green dot, it means that everyone on TikTok, everyone on TikTok, you are active here on the platform. If it's blue, you're set to friends only. So only people that are following you and you are following back will be able to see that this platform. If it's grey, set to no one. It's gonna make so nobody on TikTok is going to be able to see that you are active on this platform. Select the one you want. You're good to go.
