TLDR: Flying my dog to Mexico with @Volaris official 🐶✈️🇲🇽 Flying TO Mexico: ✔️ International Health Certificate (within 5 days of travel) ✔️ Current Rabies Certificate ✔️ Vaccination Records ✔️ Microchip ✔️ Dewormer administered within 5 days of travel Flying BACK to the U.S.: ✔️ Valid Health Certificate (good for up to 30 days) ✔️ Exam by an MVRA-certified veterinarian in Mexico for the required New World Screwworm clearance letter ✔️ Free CDC Dog Import Form (completed online—just show the confirmation on your phone at customs) Every airline has different requirements, so always double-check with your airline before you travel.
