So I was looking at a video this morning and I wanted to elaborate on the topic, right? A lot of times we ask God for things like courage or motivation, discipline. Sometimes we ask him for financial gain. We ask him for a lot of things. But see, a lot of times when we're praying and we're asking God for certain things, we already got it made up in our mind what we want that blessing to look like. Most of the time, God is gonna give you what you asking for, but he's not always gonna give it to you in a way that you wanted. He's gonna give it to you in a way that's gonna motivate you to build the kingdom. And the Bible in the book of Acts, Paul was praying for being able to preach the word of God in higher places, to be able to build the church and build the ministry in higher places. Paul ended up going to Rome as a prisoner. God sent Paul to Rome as a prisoner. So let me break this down to you. Paul wouldn't went to Rome as a regular person. He would have just been on the streets preaching to regular people that didn't have power to do anything. But Paul ended up going to Rome as a prisoner. God placed Paul in custody of one of the highest ranking Roman soldiers. He was tied to this God. 24 hours a day. He had no privacy, he had nothing. He found himself in rooms that were higher than any rooms that he had ever been in. And he ended up thanking God for the opportunity to spread the gospel amongst the strongest and the most powerful in Rome. So that's what I mean when I say sometimes your prayers and the things you're asking for, you might get them, but the blessing might not come in the way that you think it's gonna come or the most comfortable way it's gonna come. It's gonna come in a way that's gonna build the kingdom of God. Stay motivated. Stay prayed up. And most importantly, find God. Partner said it.
