@kauboiscottsdale Japanese Steakhouse in the @theremihotel Scottsdale, this is one dining experience you don’t want to miss. Located inside The REMI Hotel, Kauboi brings together premium sushi, Japanese-inspired dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and incredible steaks, all under one roof. Here’s everything we tried: • Smoking Tuna • Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice • Japanese Milk Toast • K.F.C. (Kauboi Fried Chicken) • Build Your Own Hand Roll • Pork Katsu • 22 oz Bone-In Ribeye • Jasmine Blossom • Shishito Sour • The Outlaw • Smoked Banana Miso Bread • Kakigōri for Two The Smoking Tuna is a must for the tableside presentation. The Bluefin Tuna Crispy Rice was perfectly crisp, and the Japanese Milk Toast with miso butter and honey is something you can’t skip. The Build Your Own Hand Roll was fresh and flavorful, the K.F.C. was perfectly crispy, the Pork Katsu was incredibly tender, and the 22 oz Bone-In Ribeye was cooked to perfection. For cocktails, we loved the Jasmine Blossom, Shishito Sour, and The Outlaw. Don’t leave without dessert. The Smoked Banana Miso Bread with salted caramel ice cream was incredible, and the Kakigōri for Two was the perfect refreshing finish.
