The routine I follow to keep my rosacea under control AM (pre & post workout) * Earth harbor - azure peptide cream * Earth Harbor - eclipse mineral sunscreen PM (before bed) * Peach slices - redness relief cleanser * TO DAMP SKIN - azure peptide cream * Earth harbor - azure peptide cream * Vanicream - vitamin c serum * Vanicream - daily facial moisturizer * Prescription - 15% azelaic acid gel * Prescription - 0.75% metronidazole cream * Prescription - 1% ivermectin cream * Prescription - 0.025% So my skin used to look like this. This is what it looks like now. No filter. I struggled with rosacea free here is what you want to know what helped. Prescription. You want to know what didn't help. Avoid the dermatologist because my experience with one doctor was bad. Does not mean that the experience with the dermatologist was going to be bad. I put it off for so long. My experience with doctors was not good. Long story short. I tried everything from changing shampoos, conditioners, the detergent I wash my pillowcase with because if you're sleeping on it and your head's rolling around, it's going to break your skin out. I tried different face towels. I tried washing my towels 24/7. You name it. Nothing would help. I tried beef towel and honey. Horrible, horrible reaction. If you didn't see my last video. The only thing that helped was prescriptions. I use prescription 1% ivermectin cream and then prior to adding those two, and I was using 0.75% metronidazole cream. Once I started adding those things into my skin was night and day within literally a couple of days. It was actually insane. And ever since then, that was June of 2025. My skin has looked like this. And I do think over the year of being able to finally moisturize and use sunscreen and stuff like that helped my barrier. And I've been recently using Tretonoin and probably the past two months. And I'm now on prescription. Azelaic acid. My barrier has been able to change. And I think it's beneficial. But if I figured I'd share. Um, because after just seeing a video that I, um, that my content was stolen from, um, talking about rosacea. They're like, don't use prescriptions. And it's not a long-term solution and lasers aren't a long-term solution. And prescriptions, according to my dermatologist, she said you could use them long-term. Fun fact, I haven't actually been on them for like a week. I'm using the Tretonoin and just moisturizing and using sunscreen. And if I start breaking out again, I have the prescriptions in my cabinet. I'll start using them again. But I just, I figured I'd share to see the baseline. Um, to see where my skin was at. But we're looking pretty good.
