Follow these steps: Start from the leftmost on the initial hill in the Halo mission. Clear the enemies and make your way to the main metallic spire. You can jump onto the lip, but then you'll since you can't reach the next section of the spire. Face the wall, then throw a grenade down at your feet. Quickly turn around and wait a moment, as the grenade explodes. If you jump at the right time, the grenade launches you up higher to get to your destination.
