254 shampoos at Target….only 3 survived our non-toxic audit 🤯✨ Here's what knocked out the other 251. 242 shampoos at Target had "fragrance," one word that can legally hide thousands of ingredients that a company doesn’t have to disclose. That cut alone took 254 down to 12….😅😳 From there 4 could have traces 1,4-dioxane, so we have 8 remaining. Then a formaldehyde releaser took it to 7. Sulfates and silicones, which aren't a safety thing, I just don't like what they do to my hair, took it to 5. Everything else I don't want in a shampoo took took it down to a final 3. Vanicream Unscented Shampoo *** Non-toxic here means it cleared the Welpr Standard, not that everything else that didn’t make the cut is inherently dangerous.
