If today I had to come to Germany again from zero, I would make this same decision again. Perhaps the direction of my life, which is, by these five decisions was, which is, changed. The very first decision which I took never stopped learning. You have come from any profession. You must definitely learn the language. Even if you are coming here and learning the language and doing courses, then continue them. However it is possible. Secondly people think that whatever we have, those five years, our ten years of experience which is in one field, so we will continue that same field here itself. Always be ready to learn some new skill. No matter what your age is. At what time did you actually arrive here in Germany. A lot of people say, I had a conversation with a guy. He is a friend, a subscriber. Surely he must be watching the video. He said that which you at an older age here had come, so that is why for you very many problems occurred. I answered him/her that actually because I came at an older age, so I had the ability to make decisions, perhaps more. I could deal with things in a better way. This is also one factor. Those who are young people, they usually think like when someone asks a question that I in the field of nursing want to go. I want to do the Ausbildung of IT want to go. Apart from this, they do not think of any other. My motive always remains this that to you learning a new skill, going into a new profession, which is for that, one should always, which is, be ready. "Never Said "This is not My Job".
The second decision was never said this is not my job. Never say that this is not my job. You are working in a company. Any work that is there is yours. The department head is the one who can give it to you. Your supervisor can give it to you. I told in the previous video that two days were my Berufsschule (vocational school). And one day, what happened was, after doing a half day I used to come to the company and I have washed cars. Never ever say that this is not my job. This is the trust that you are building.
