Decker's Sourdough Bagels is a popup in River North Chicago that might have some of the best bagels I've had in the city!! ✨ What I grabbed:
• Bagels: Poppyseed, Everything, Sesame, Pretzel, Plain, Parmesan Black Pepper • Cream Cheese: Cinnamon Raisin, Scallion, Cheddar Jalapeño, Smoked Salmon & Herb 💭 Thoughts:
We got 6 bagels and 4 4oz cream cheeses for $35, which felt like a great deal. These bagels were incredible after heating up. The crust has the perfect crunch while the inside stays soft, airy, and chewy. One of the best bagels I've had (9.5/10). My favorite bagels were surprisingly the poppy seed and pretzel. The poppy seed was the airiest of the bunch, while the pretzel had an amazing crunchy exterior with a soft interior. The cinnamon raisin spread was insanely whipped and reminded me of Texas Roadhouse butter but + raisins. The other spreads were more traditional cream cheese style and all tasted great. Service was smooth and pickup was easy. Just don't forget to toast or heat them up before eating. 🤩 Recs: Pretzel Bagel, Poppyseed Bagel, Sesame Bagel, Smoked Salmon & Herb, Cinnamon Raisin 📍 Location:
