My brother and I are trying to eat at some of the best restaurants in Nashville. And one of our first stops was Noko. I was really looking forward to checking out Noko, and it did not disappoint. Both my brother and I were very pleased. We ordered quite a bit of food and it came out extremely quick. We were expecting to be there for probably two hours, but the food came out probably within the first 30 minutes that we were there. We got the tuna crispy rice. We also got some shrimp which I put on my favorite thing that we ordered. Um, we got some burnt ends, a Hamachi crudo, we got these sandwiches. My brother, uh, ordered, um, Wagyu brisket and dumplings, crab fried rice. We ordered a ton of things. And I would say overall it was very enjoyable experience. The service was great. The ambiance was great. I will say the crab fried rice was fairly disappointing. We both didn't enjoy it all that much. It wasn't as flavorful as we were expecting. But everything else we felt was really, really good. Please let us know where we should go next and also if you know a spot that's open past 10 PM, let us know as well, because we might need a late night spot.
