We're checking out a brand new spot in Dinkytown called Nori Sushi and Co. We started with the Vietnamese coffee, of course, and it was truly one of the best we've ever had. The perfect balance of sweet and creamy. We tried their Black Dragon Roll, Max's favorite, along with the Angry Bird Roll. Both were so fresh and flavorful. I'd say the mussels are a definite must-order. And we finally tried inari for the first time. The crab and tuna ones were definitely our favorites. And then we also tried their gyoza and chicken teriyaki plate. Seriously, you guys, everything was so delicious. This place just opened, but we're already know we'll be coming back.
