All you do is take this part out. Take the silver foil off the back. Put it back in. And hang this up in your car. These are car fresheners from Aero, I believe. This is going to keep your car smelling fresh for at least 30 days. It comes with three different scents. We got Rose Blossom, Cool Aqua, and Musk After Smoke.
