Totally over a sagging neck, neck wrinkles, or crepey hands? Your neck and hands usually show your age before your face, which is why I never skip them. Microneedling is one of my favorite at home treatments because it creates controlled micro injuries that stimulate collagen and elastin production, helping skin look firmer and smoother over time. This isn’t an everyday treatment. I only microneedle every 4 to 6 weeks to give my skin time to heal and build new collagen. Let's microneedle them let's microneedle our neck and our hands we just finished our face I'm teaching a friend how to do it for the first time I'm using the Dr Pen M8S and a 12 pin cartridge we're just gonna wipe everything down with alcohol we double cleansed my hands are clean wear gloves if you want I choose not to you do you I am using the Hanheal Hyaluronic Acid Product list at the end mixed with the Hanheal Facial Exosome Rejuvenation as my slip serum Not medical advice Sharing my personal routine skin on your neck is really thin and I always do point seven five on my neck and then I'll stamp just a little bit deeper you want to avoid your thyroid area but I don't have one so I stamp over the scar always do speed 6 and you're gonna do three passes horizontal vertical and circular if you ever feel the pin sticking you need more slip serum that's when you tear your skin it's totally normal to be red afterwards you might have some pinpoint bleeding if you stamped a little bit deeper day 2 3 you might peel a little bit all of these lines and my scar I'm gonna go back and stamp at a 1.0 and you just let the pin touch it you don't push your hands are really thin and honestly they kind of hurt so I'm gonna start at point five and if I can tolerate it I'll go up to point seven five you just want to make sure you have enough slip and I'm not pushing the pin I'm just letting it glide and I'm still trying to do three passes the horizontal vertical and circular microneedling aftercare gonna stick with really simple ingredients really gentle barrier protecting ingredients if you do have leftover slip serum you can put glad press and seal over the top of it and put it in the fridge and use it for aftercare for 48 hours the Luxeve Exobrandt balm has to stay in the fridge I think that's what they say put it in the fridge yes I'm cracking up the wings what is that what who am I reminding myself of it's a movie no it's the Wendy's girl oh the Wendy's girl that is exactly it oh my god hahaha If you could only microneedle one area, what would it be? ask me if you have any questions if you're new to micro needling I have tons of videos on my page to help you get started
