5 quick reset buttons narcissists press to get away with abuse. If you’ve watched them wipe the slate clean a hundred times, this is why. 1️⃣ The random act of kindness. Days of cruelty, then flowers, breakfast, a compliment out of nowhere. Not love. A reset. Now you look “dramatic” for still being hurt. 2️⃣ The fake apology. “I’m sorry you feel that way.” “I’m sorry, BUT.” Watch closely, nothing gets owned. The word sorry gets used like a mop, and the mess is you still being upset. 3️⃣ The sudden crisis. Right when you finally hold them accountable, THEY fall apart. Their health, their stress, their childhood. Your valid hurt gets buried under their emergency. Every time. 4️⃣ The good-day trap. One perfect day after weeks of hell, and they act like it erased everything. “Why are you bringing up the past?” The past was Tuesday. 5️⃣ The amnesia play. “I don’t remember saying that.” “It wasn’t like that.” They factory-reset the whole event, and you’re left holding a memory they swear never happened, doubting your own mind. Hear me. Every reset button has one purpose: keep the abuse off the record so you can never point to a pattern. But you FEEL the pattern. That heaviness you can’t explain to anyone? That’s a thousand erased Tuesdays your body never forgot. You don’t have to keep starting over at zero with someone who keeps deleting the score. Message me HEAL and I’ll show you how to get your memory AND your peace back for GOOD. #narcissist #narcissisticabuse #traumabond #Love #viral
