We're redoing the menus at Pizzana because we want to call out our best not to be missed dishes. And I was recently in a team meeting where I recommended that the Bianca pizza be one of those. I think the Bianca is one of our best flavor combinations. It's a white pizza, no tomato sauce, but made with this Italian crema, mozzarella, fennel, and then there's this tangy, addictive crunch from the shape, fennel and the red onion. This is an elite combination. I was promptly told that I apparently am the only one who likes the Bianca pizza. How is that possible? You guys, who out there has had the Bianca pizza?
