Today we have some sweet and spicy ribs. Y’all these were so delicious. I started by cutting the ribs into smaller pieces than I braised it for a couple hours so it could get tender. Then I coated them in cornstarch fried it and then tossed it in the braising liquid that I reduced down and thickened. I think my big man liked them. What do y’all think?
