let me show you how i do my at-home pedicure soak for polished, sweet feet to really deep clean and polish my feet. as i've shared before, i do these about every 3 weeks. starting off first with baking soda. this is always my base. i like to do a pretty generous layer of this and then follow up with my lavender & vanilla soap from bath & body works. this is really just for the aesthetics and aromatherapy of the pedicure. next is my cuticle oil. and i do always share that i like to add this into the water rather than directly onto my feet. i just feel like it softens the cuticles so much better. and once i've added some warm water, i do go in with one last layer, just to make sure it's not too diluted. and of course while sitting, i did have some peach tea with lemon. now today i did use this scrub by ontu which is for exfoliating and brightening. in the past i shared my use of the blue bean pod scrub, which does work really great, but then of course isn't just to the parts of my feet what i'm needing right now, that tend to get the hardest. so instead i'm gonna start using this one by ontu and i chose this because it contains so many products that are key for keeping my feet smooth and soft, such as glycerin and urea, which have both shown to leave such a good impression on my skin. with any scrub that i use for a pedicure, i just apply a generous layer, focusing it mostly on my heels and the sides of my feet. but then of course making sure to cover every other area as well. and after i've done my full pedicure and refreshed my polish, this is always what i'm left with. i absolutely love doing my own pedicures at home and can always count on not only my feet always looking their best, but also feeling smooth and clean.
