"Your destroying your image looking like that "

Y’all let’s take this once and for all shall we? ignorant people combining personal life with work yes there is a fine line. But dressing and looking exactly how I want on my free time is up to me. a no brainer right? Not for many let me explain, so what an image is it’s this idea of a model that has a fantasy around them of power, glamour, untouchable and beauty (my view of it) to each their own! By “destroying it” that would mean me dressing utterly gorgeous occasionally with makeup would destroy this idea and would make brands not wanna work with me for this reason wich I find pathetically unintelligent, clothes and makeup doesn’t take a way an inch of the professionalism I put in when I work please. I’m so proud of who i am what I stand for and what I do, didn’t even wanna make this post in the first place but felt like it is important to acknowledge a false narrative that can potentially bring young people down from being who they are and wanna be! just because people are obsessed with the norm well let me say that the standard is changing. And me showing that there is more depth to me then a straight face and a T-shirt should be more inspiring to you then wanting me to cover up this part of myself! concerning really, I’m not gonna be quiet and I’m for sure not gonna stop #proud #proffesional #standingup #myvoice
