The reason it's been sitting empty for so long is that it just doesn't make financial sense for any buyer. I think what makes us really special is like we have the heart for the building. We want to do the right thing for the neighborhood, our kids, all kids, the city deserves a beautiful building to be removed from its categorization as a liability and a source of blight and crime and turned into something that will like sincerely change the fabric of the community.
