THE OLD TRAILS FIRE HAS EXPLODED OVER, 3,500 ACRES, UP FROM AROUND 13 LAST NIGHT. WITH ZERO PERCENT CONTAINMENT. NEARLY 4,000 STRUCTURES IN DANGER ACROSS SPOKANE. EVACUATIONS HAVE EXPANDED THROUGH NORTHWEST AND NORTH SPOKANE, AND OFFICIALS WARN TWO TO THREE ORDERS ARE LIFTED. HOMES HAVE BURNED, THOUGH DAMAGE NUMBERS AREN'T CRITICAL FACILITIES, INCLUDING VA HOSPITAL, WERE EVACUATED.
