Okay, first is Rivian, and Rivian does not sell your data, but they do under law of California have to sell it to certain third parties. They have a really good privacy policy which tells you exactly what they collect and if you want see it, you can go view it too. Rivian gives their users the most amount of control if they want to opt out of all the data collection features that the car has. Okay, next is Lucid, and Lucid allows their users to opt out of these data collection features at the expense of some functionality. Okay, Hyundai and Kia, both in their privacy policies has really broad complying with the law language. So I don't know if I avoid them or not, but it's up to you. Volkswagen collects a lot of data that relates to demographics and usage behavior, and because of that they can sell it to insurance companies to up your rate.
