Believe it or not Target has become and not to be a hater, but these are some of the most harmful coffee creamers for your health. And I don't say that lightly. This is by far the most popular, the sugar-free Coffee Mate vanilla. I'm going to put the ingredients on the screen right here and show you why this is one of the most disgusting things that you can purchase. Soybean oil, phosphates, artificial sweeteners, artificial flavors, and other junk. Major no no. And that's on It goes without saying, but these are some of the most harmful coffee creamers for your health as well. You might think it's healthy 'cause it says real milk and cream. What you don't realize is this has vegetable oil, high oleic soybean oil in it. No thank you. Now I'm going to show you a few better options. They have almost an entire fridge dedicated to Chobani, whether it's the cookie butter, caramel macchiato, toasted vanilla coconut, or the birthday cake. All of them pretty much have the same ingredients. These are better for you because they have no awful oils. However, you have to be aware of how much you were using because 5 grams of sugar per serving. You could add five or six servings in each cup. Some of my favorite ones include these by Califia Farms, the organic almond creamers. They have delicious flavors and I also see the Malk ones here. These are fantastic as well. The Califia Farms ones are almond base and these Malk ones are coconut based. Now don't knock it until you try it. All of these Organic Valley ultra-filtered milks are fantastic. This is my favorite, the whole milk one, because it has 150 calories and 13 grams of protein and perfect ingredients. It's basically like half and half. Also, you could obviously only find these at Target. We have the Snickerdoodle, vanilla and sweet cream creamers. These are made with much better for you ingredients when you compare it to some of the junk here. And lastly, this is the one that I would personally buy, even though I am a fan of most of those that I showed you at the end. Target's organic Good & Gather half & half is fantastic. This is the one that I would buy. It's just organic milk and organic cream.
