Chop 1 apple and cut the snow fungus into bite-sized pieces. 3. Rinse the longans, goji berries, dates, jujubes, and raisins 3 times. 4. Fill a pot halfway with water. Add 2 pinches of salt, 3 pieces of rock sugar, and ½ palm sugar (or substitute with more rock sugar). 5. Add the snow fungus, chia seeds, longans, goji berries, dates, jujubes, raisins, pandan leaves (optional), peach gum, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Then turn the heat to high. 6. Once it's steaming and the dates are soft, add the apple and cook for 3 more minutes. 7. Taste and adjust sweetness with stevia (for a sugar-free version) or more rock sugar if desired. Remove the pandan leaves. Serve Enjoy hot or chilled.

Our peach gum is ready Okay so rock sugar And palm sugar This big pot, she added that much water, mom doesn't measure but it looks like about half a pot And a little bit of salt Mom Nancy doesn't measure so we eyeball everything Mom, you can add as much as you want but she doesn't have a handful of each So handful of jujubes, dates, longans, raisins And did I say goji berry? Goji berry Put your fruit in before it boils and you just let it heat up It's just all the dried fruits, we haven't added in the peach gum yet, okay? Now we're gonna add in the snow fungus It's looking so good And we're gonna add in the peach gum last so it retains the chewy texture We're mixing it I'm gonna mix in This is so easy you cannot mess it up It's gonna be so good She usually takes these out after it cools down She said everything in here is super good for you She said the red dates, they're like the best for you She said basically you can add however much you want, the measurements don't really matter But you just want it to be as liquidy as you see it right here So you can keep adding to your liking And then we're gonna add in the chia seed Add about 2 tablespoons of chia seed in here My mouth is watering Boil the apples She said when you boil the apples, it won't turn brown, so make sure you boil it for like three minutes And then we turned it off The only thing you can't eat is these pandan leaves, she usually takes these out after it cools down That is it Look how much she made That's a huge freaking tub It's ready I'm so excited I have to eat it right now You can eat it hot or cold, but I always eat it bowl hot when my mom makes it, cause that's when it's the best Everything is still super super crunchy And I'm talking about This is the best batch she ever made Since mommy doesn't measure, I'm gonna kind of guessstimate What I put in And I'll put the ingredients down below Love you, bye!
