A bunch of you fuckers are going to be too lazy to sit down for the next two minutes and watch the video. But I'm gonna teach you how to widen your smile naturally. Naturally. Without any appliance or any surgery. So these go back to facial mechanics. If you want to widen your smile, you need to understand how the facial muscles around this smile work. And this is governed by four compartments. Your medial pterygoid, which is important for vertical movement of the lower jaw. And then your lateral pterygoid, which is this big cheek muscle here. And it's pterygoid minor, which is this muscle right here below your infraorbital foramen. So when you smile, you might have stiffness or maybe it's the left. Or maybe you might have stiffness which prevents it from being able to truly widen your smile as much. Okay? So it goes back to really training these muscles to work better. And I went from having a seven teeth smile, six, so whatever, to having a ten teeth smile. And in some pictures, it even looks like I have a 12 teeth smile. And all I did was really train these muscles and improve the function of these muscles. You can do this very simply for the pterygoids by essentially placing resistance right here on the jaw and move your jaw side to side like that. So when you do that, when you push the right side, you strengthen the left pterygoid and when you push to the left side, you strengthen the right pterygoid. And then you are always using your thumb or your fist or whatever as resistance and then you can actually train the muscle. And then you can try to then train the zygomaticus minor. So you can do like a small smile, you can do like this. You see? And then you can try to then train the zygomaticus major. So you can do like this. You see? This shows all these teeth, which then makes your smile bigger. And you know, most of you fuckers aren't going to watch this. You don't really care about the theory, but this is really how you can widen your smile by strengthening your deep flexors and doing lots of facial work. You can restore the function of these compromised compartments and thus improve the orientation of your smile. But I can't be able to actually explain that in this video. So go on my page and and just look for it. Or join my school community. Lots of that shit there. Bye.
