Want more posing tips? Grab my posing PDF - link in my bio. If you're posing for wedding photos in a full gown or dress, here's something you may not think about. Your legs matter. You might not realize it, but your legs set up the entire foundation of the pose. Everything else builds from there. The rule is simple. Weight always goes on your back leg. And whenever possible, turn your body to a 45 degree angle rather than facing the camera straight on. Can't manage the full 45 degree turn? Take a step back instead, and keep that weight settled on your back leg. It still works. This applies no matter what you're wearing, whether it's a full skirt, a straight skirt, or pants. Your legs are always doing the same job underneath. If this is the kind of thing you want on hand for the day of the wedding, the headshot session, or even a girls night out when you want to look good in photos, there's a PDF for exactly that at the link in my bio.
