Fixed desks are a standard — 74 cm give or take two, per EN 527-1 — and nobody measured me for it. Guideline is boring: desk at elbow height, top of the screen at or just under eye level. And yes, you can raise the chair instead — then your feet dangle and you need a footrest. My @Desktronic HomePro has been mine since last autumn: frame goes 61–125.5 cm (63.5–128 cm on the display with the tabletop), dual motor, memory presets, USB-A + USB-C in the desk, anti-collision for when I park the chair under it.
